This government body can be very hard to deal with and even harder to understand. That’s were SPK Training and Compliance comes in.
Whether it is 10 or 30 hour General Industry training, forklift certifications, lockout-tag out, confined space, ergonomics, welding safety, medical safety, blood-borne pathogens, fire extinguisher training or any other aspect of compliance; we will help you remain compliant.
OSHA can fine an individual or business up to $70,000 per assurance and up to 6 months in jail, if you do not meet their standards. No one can afford that kind of loss.

VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE
Are you prepared for violent acts at your workplace? Do you know what steps you should take if someone starts shooting? We can teach you the skills you need to best act when there is a violent situation! One of the most critical components of any companies’ prevention program is training. Training is necessary for employees and supervisors, as well as for the staff in offices that may be involved in responding to an incident of workplace violence.

All employees should know how to recognize and report incidents of violent, intimidating, threatening, and disruptive behavior.
HOW TO SURVIVE AN OSHA INSPECTION
If OSHA suddenly appeared at your company’s door, would you be ready for a tour of your facility?
Like many regulatory agencies, OSHA conducts unannounced inspections to verify compliance status. How should you prepare for that dreaded day when the OSHA compliance officer knocks on the door?
In a perfect world, the best approach would be to protect yourself and your company by knowing and complying with the regulations that apply to your facility. Theoretically, there would be no unpleasant surprises and it wouldn’t matter whether the inspection is announced or not. In this course, we teach you to better prepare for and survive the process. We cover whether or not you should ask for a warrant, assembling an OSHA Inspection Kit, what to do (and not do), handling sensitive subjects, and after the inspection process.
